Returns must be made within your within 15 days of receiving your product.

A RMA # is needed on the package and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.

Returns Process

1) Email info@zzedibles.com as soon as possible to alert us that you will be returning your UNUSED product within the 15 day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.  

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to info@zzedibles.com.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then either exchange the product or issue a refund for the unused product and email you a confirmation. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to post to your statement.

*Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently.*

Damaged Shipments

All packages are inspected prior to shipping, however, damage does occur occasionally. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact  info@zzedibles.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. A detailed description of the damage and photos of the damaged items should accompany your email.
